Delete Your Movement Lens Account

You can permanently delete your Movement Lens account and associated assessment data from inside the app, or request deletion from the web if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Movement Lens and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Under Security, tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@medicalflywheel.com from the email address on your account and include "Delete my Movement Lens account" in the subject line. We will verify the request before deleting the account.

Account deletion removes your sign-in account, active sessions, device tokens, profile information, and assessment data associated with your account. Some records may be retained only when required for legal, security, or compliance obligations.
