Movement Lens is a video-based movement assessment platform. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Information We Collect
- Account identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, login credentials, tenant membership, role, and authentication/session data.
- Profile and subject information such as date of birth, sex, contact details, and relationship to assessed people you add to your account.
- Movement assessment data, including videos, uploaded media, pose/landmark data, assessment notes, pain or mobility context, AI-generated scores, recommendations, and review annotations.
- Device and app information such as device tokens for notifications, operating system, app version, language preference, log events, and basic diagnostics.
- Communications and support information you send to us, including deletion, privacy, or support requests.
How We Use Information
- To create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and provide tenant-specific access.
- To capture, upload, store, process, score, translate, and display movement assessments.
- To generate movement reports, recommendations, reassessment prompts, notifications, and saved workouts.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, and operate the platform.
- To respond to privacy, support, legal, and compliance requests.
Video and Health-Related Data
Movement Lens may process videos and health-related movement assessment information. These records can include body movement, mobility limitations, pain notes, assessment context, and AI-generated observations. We use this information to provide the assessment features requested by the user or organization, not for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Processors
We use service providers to operate Movement Lens, including cloud hosting, database and file storage, AI processing, push notifications, SMS or email delivery, analytics, diagnostics, and app-store distribution. These providers may include AWS, Google Cloud or Vertex AI, Firebase, Twilio, Apple, Google Play, and email infrastructure providers. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with your organization or care team when your account is part of an organization, with processors described above, when you direct us to share it, or when required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
Retention and Deletion
We retain account and assessment data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve audit records. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the Movement Lens app, on the web at Delete Your Movement Lens Account, or by emailing privacy@medicalflywheel.com. Some records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or compliance obligations.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email privacy@medicalflywheel.com from the email address associated with your account.
Children
Movement Lens is intended for use by adults and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and remove it when required.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Movement Lens changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
