Movement Lens is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing any exercise, rehabilitation, or health program.
Using Movement Lens
Movement Lens provides tools for video-based movement assessment, scoring, reporting, recommendations, and related workflow support. You may use Movement Lens only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any organization agreement that applies to your account.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide.
- You must protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
- You may not use another person's account without permission.
- Organizations are responsible for managing user access within their tenant or workspace.
Health and Assessment Information
Movement Lens output is informational and should be interpreted by qualified professionals where clinical or health decisions are involved. Scores, observations, recommendations, and reports may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions.
Video and Uploaded Content
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload videos, profile details, assessment notes, and other content to Movement Lens. Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to the assessment and workflow features.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
- Do not submit malicious code, automated abuse, or misleading information.
- Do not use Movement Lens for emergency care or time-critical medical decisions.
- Do not use Movement Lens in violation of privacy, health, employment, or consumer protection laws.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Movement Lens collects, uses, retains, and deletes personal information, video data, and health-related assessment data.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We try to maintain a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Movement Lens will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Intellectual Property
Movement Lens, including its software, branding, designs, and documentation, is owned by Medical Flywheel LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. You retain rights you have in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate and provide the service.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Movement Lens is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Flywheel LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
You may stop using Movement Lens at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms, law, security, or another user's rights have been violated.
